Arild Andersen, Non-Executive Director,
formerly the CEO of the Oslo Stock Exchange, a position he
held from 1999 to 2006 after a 25-year career at Norsk
Hydro. Roles at Norsk Hydro included the positions of
Corporate Controller, the CEO of oil and gas operations in
Sweden, the disposition of its Swedish fertilizer and feed
businesses and the CEO of Norsk Hydro's development entity
Pronova with around one billion dollars in turnover and 3,000
employees (1989-1999). He has served on the board of
several companies in the Nordic area and the USA.
Currently he works as advisor to companies and institutions
and serves as the Chairman of Casquip Starch, South Africa and
three Norwegian companies. He was nominated by Norfund
to the board of Agrica.
